Thermaboards (PTY) Ltd is a national supplier of Extruded Polystyrene (XPS) and Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) rigid boards which are used for thermal insulation.
It is produced from general purpose polystyrene by the process of extrusion or expansion. These sheets have a closed-cell structure and virtually no air-voids in between the cells.

XPS Sheets
XPS Sheets cut to length with a max length of 8000mm and a standard width of 600mm wide.
XPS Sheets lengths:
- Standard board lengths: 1,80m / 2,10m / 2,40m / 2,70m / 3,00m / 3,30m / 3,60m / 4,00m / 4,20m / 4,80m / 5,40m / 6,00m / 6,60m / 7,20m / 8,00m.
- The longest board we can manufacture: 8000mm.
- Length tolerance is ±5mm.
