Knauf Ceiling Roll Multi Pack (Uncut) provides the flexibility and convenience of 2 rolls in 1 by providing the option to install at either a 100mm depth or a 50mm depth.
Rolls can easily be cut to suit joist centres. Installing Ceiling Roll Multi Pack (Uncut) will contribute to reduced energy consumption, saving money and reducing heat gain during the day, providing a more comfortable living and working environment, and heat loss during the evening.
Our advanced compression packaging technology ensures more insulation per pack, saving on transportation, storage space and reducing the amount of handling.
Knauf Insulation Ceiling Roll (Multi Pack) is a Glass Mineral Wool roll that is non-combustible with a Euroclass A1 reaction to fire classification and is manufactured using our unique bio-based binder ECOSE® technology.
Ceiling rolls provide installers with flexibility of being used as a complete 100mm deep roll or as 2 x 50mm deep rolls. Rolls can easily be cut to suit joist centres.
Our advanced compression packaging technology ensures more insulation per pack, saving on transportation, storage space and reducing the amount of handling.

Durability
Ceiling Roll (Multi Pack) is odourless, rot proof, non-hygroscopic, does not sustain vermin and will not encourage the growth of fungi, mould or bacteria.
Application
Ceiling Rolls are used for the thermal insulation of pitched roofs at Ceiling level. Ceiling Roll (Multi Pack) can be installed as a 50mm or 100mm layer. For 100mm unroll the product and leave both layers together to form 100mm depth. For 50mm insulation, unroll the product as 100mm and then turn over the top layer into the next set of joists to create a 50mm installation. This is also a faster method of installation for 50mm.
Standards
Ceiling Roll (Multi Pack) is manufactured in accordance with BS EN 13162, ISO 50001 Energy Management Systems, ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems, and ISO 9001 Quality Management systems, as certified by TÜV Nord. All our Glass Mineral Wool products have been awarded the DECLARE `Red List Free’ label. This allows product transparency disclosure that identifies where a product comes from, what it is made of, and where it goes at the end of its life. Having the ‘Red List Free’ label means that there are no ingredients in the product that are on the red list – including formaldehyde or phenol.
Environmental
Ceiling Roll (Multi Pack) contains no ozone-depleting substances or greenhouse gases. For further environmental information consult the relevant Environmental Product Declaration, available on our website.
Real Performance
Glass and Rock Mineral Wool are easier to install correctly than other insulants such as rigid boards because they adapt to any slight imperfections in the substrate and knit together, eliminating any air gaps. Evidence shows the absence of air gaps is crucial to achieving real performance in the relevant application.
Handling and storage
Ceiling Roll (Multi Pack) is easy to handle and install, being lightweight and easy to cut to size when required. It is supplied in polythene packs which are designed for short term protection only. For longer term protection on site, the product should be stored either indoors, or under cover and off the ground. Ceiling Roll (Multi Pack) should not be left permanently exposed to the elements.
ECOSE® Technology is a unique bio-based binder, that is used in the manufacture of all Glass Mineral Wool products from Knauf and the majority of their Rock Mineral Wool products, to bind insulation strands together.
ECOSE® Technology contains no added formaldehyde or phenol. It is made from natural raw materials that are rapidly renewable and is 70% less energy-intensive to manufacture than traditional binders, so it is more environmentally-friendly. Products made with ECOSE® Technology are soft to touch and easy to handle. They generate low levels of dust and VOCs and have been awarded the Eurofins Gold Certificate for Indoor Air Comfort.
